1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Svarasattva website and mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. Users between 13–18 need parental consent.

3. Account Registration

• Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Educational Services

Svarasattva provides online education in Indian classical music, yoga, and wellness, including live classes, video lessons, scheduling, and progress tracking. We may modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

5. Class Policies

• Attend scheduled classes on time.
• Provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
• Maintain a respectful learning environment. Zero tolerance for harassment.
• Ensure stable internet and appropriate equipment for live classes.

6. Payment & Billing

• Prices are in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments processed securely via Easebuzz. We never store card details.
• Subscriptions billed in advance (monthly or quarterly).
• Pricing changes with 30 days' notice; won't affect current period.

7. Refund Policy

• Within 7 days, no classes attended: full refund.
• After attending: pro-rata for unused portion.
• No refund after subscription period ends or for unnotified missed classes.
• Refunds processed within 7–10 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content is property of Svarasattva, licensed for personal non-commercial use during active enrollment. No copying, redistribution, or screen recording permitted.

9. User Conduct

• No unlawful use or sharing of account credentials.
• No unauthorized access, interference, or malicious code.
• No harassment of users, instructors, or staff.
• No automated scraping or bots.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific learning outcomes.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed and all sessions revoked. Payment records are retained as required by law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may terminate by contacting [email protected]. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless covered by our Refund Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
