Svarasattva ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website svarasattva.com and the Svarasattva mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011 of India.

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture.
• Profile Information: Date of birth, profile photo, and learning preferences you choose to provide.
• Payment Information: Payments are processed by Easebuzz. We receive transaction confirmations (ID, amount, status) but never store card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank details.
• Communications: Messages sent via email, contact form, or support.
• Class Data: Attendance records, schedules, and learning progress.
• Device & Usage Data: Device type, OS, browser, IP address, pages visited, and usage patterns. We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management.
• Push Notification Tokens: If you opt in, we store your device push token for class reminders and updates.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account and provide platform access.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Schedule and deliver classes, send reminders, track progress.
• Send transactional communications (receipts, renewals, schedule changes).
• Respond to inquiries and provide support.
• Improve and optimize our Service.
• Ensure platform security and prevent fraud.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

• Payment Processors: Easebuzz processes payments under their own privacy policy.
• Authentication: Google OAuth for sign-in (optional).
• Instructors: Teachers see your name, enrollment, and attendance for class delivery.
• Service Providers: Hosting and email providers under data processing agreements.
• Legal: When required by law or court order.

5. Data Retention

• Account data: duration of account + 3 years after deletion.
• Payment records: 8 years (Indian tax regulations).
• Usage logs: up to 12 months, then anonymized.
• Support correspondence: 2 years after resolution.

6. Data Security
